Dear Sir / Dear Madame,

Fil Man Made Group S.r.l., as owner of the processing of your personal data (hereinafter the “Data Controller”), issues this information notice to the Data Subject in accordance with the European and Italian regulations on the protection of personal data.

Legal basis and purpose of the processing

The Data Controller processes personal data for purposes connected or instrumental to carrying out the recruiting activity: consent is not required because the processing is necessary for the pursuit of these purposes.

Data retention period

The Data Controller shall process the data for a maximum period of twenty-four months, without prejudice to further retention for the time necessary to define (however reached) any disputes that may have been initiated and, subsequently, for the period of prescription of the consequent rights.

Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal to provide data

The provision of data is necessary and therefore any refusal to provide them in whole or in part may make it impossible for the Data Controller to evaluate the candidate's profile.

Categories of recipients

The Data Controller shall not spread the data, but may communicate them to people within the Company who have been authorised to process them on account of their duties, as well as to professionals, agencies or service companies (including those involved in recruiting), labor consultant, occupational doctor. Should these recipients process data on behalf of the Data Controller, they will be appointed as data processors with a specific contract or other legal document.

Transfer of data to a third country and/or international organisation

Personal data will not be transferred to any third countries outside Europe, or to international organisations.

Rights of the data subject

The Data Subject has the right to request the Data Controller to access to personal data and to rectify any inaccuracies, to erase them or limit their processing and object to their processing, if the requirements are met. Data Subjects can exercise their rights by completing the form available at https://www.garanteprivacy.it/web/guest/home/docweb/-/docweb-display/docweb/1089924 and sending it to privacy@fmmg.it. Data Subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
